Three steps, every time we choose a new Book Club book.
The club runs on the podcast you already listen to. If you’re a Holy Post Plus member, the book arrives before the conversation does.
STEP 01
We pick the book
One title each cycle, chosen because it is worth diving into and talking about, not because it’s selling well. We announce it in the newsletter and on the show.

Members get a copy
Every paid member gets the ebook at no extra cost. At the Founding and Premium levels, a print copy comes with it, accessible through a special email link we send you.

STEP 03
The author joins us
A full conversation on the Holy Post Podcast, with the questions you would want asked, including the harder ones. This is free to everyone, member or not.

Do I have to keep up to enjoy the Book Club?
No. Plenty of members read a quarter behind, or skip a title and come back for the next one. The author conversation stands on its own, whether you finished the book or never opened it.
Are the author interviews behind the paywall?
No. Every conversation in the archive is free to listen to. Membership gets you the book, not the episode.
How do I get my copy?
When a new title is announced, we email paid Holy Post Plus members a link to claim it. Ebooks go to every paid member. Print copies go to Substack Founding and Patreon Premium members and above, so keep an eye on your inbox.
How often is "quarterly," really?
Usually four times a year, sometimes three. We would rather wait for a book worth your time than ship one on schedule.
Can I suggest a book?
Yes. Members can send suggestions any time, and several past picks started as reader recommendations.
